Requirements And Conditions
- They are recruiting for the position of a Trainee Developer and will be debuted in any of our office/ client office locations.
- The Initial Training period will be for three months which may include training in Java, JavaScript, and Web
- Technologies during which a stipend will be provided based on the selection process.
- Based on the performance of the candidates in training, they will be allotted to various projects.
- On successful completion on one year with our organization, every individual will receive a year-end bonus.
- The amount may vary from candidate to candidate based on the performance of the candidates.
- Post the training period the salary will be revised based on the performance in training.
- Also based on the performance of the candidates, the candidates showing all-round development will be nominated for travel opportunities at the end of the contractual agreement.
