And after nearly 15-20 days I’ve got email confirmation stating that I’ve been shortlisted in the Online Test round, and I should appear for the Face to face rounds henceforth.

Round 2 – Technical Rounds (Face to Face)

Technical Interview 1

Once, I entered the room I greeted the Interviewer. He asked me to share my resume with him, and then he took his by going through my resume. 5. Write a program to Implement Virtual Memory

I answered all the questions correctly, I was confident that I’ll get shortlisted in this round. So, when the results were announced I was happy that I’d been through this round.

After some time the officials have announced the results and told me to wait for some time for my 3rd Round. And patiently waiting for 2 hours I was allowed to appear for my face-to-face Adobe technical interview.

Technical Interview 3

To know my Technical Interview 2 experience kindly check out the questions I’ve faced in the interview.

1. Difference between 32-bit and 64-bit windows.

2. Asked me to provide optimal solution for – 1000 Coins and 10 Bags (A dealer has 1000 coins and 10 bags. He has to divide the coins over the ten bags so that he can make any number of coins simply by handing over a few bags. How must divide his money into the ten bags?)

3. What is the host file in windows?

4. What is the loopback address and its significance?

5. Level order traversal in spiral form (Write a function to print spiral order traversal of a tree. For below tree, function should print 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.)

6. Detect and Remove Loop in a Linked List (Write a function detectAndRemoveLoop() that checks whether a given Linked List contains loop and if loop is present then removes the loop and returns true. If the list doesn’t contain loop then it returns false. Below diagram shows a linked list with a loop. detectAndRemoveLoop() must change the below list to 1->2->3->4->5->NULL.)

7. Replaced gold and silver with apples and oranges (There are three boxes box1, box2 and box3 containing gold, silver and mixture of silver and gold respectively.)
Note:
Each of the three boxes contain a label on them describing the contents.
Mr. Hurricane comes and mess up all labels. Now each box is labeled with the name which it exactly doesn’t contain.
Suggestion – You are given only one chance to open a box and you should guess all the remaining two box contents correctly. Which box will you choose to open keeping in mind that all the three boxes are labeled wrong?

8. What is Windows registry?

I felt this round a bit difficult when compared to the previous rounds. And it took a lot of time for my interview to get over. As it took more time, they told me to go home for the day and asked me to come the very next day itself for my final interview.
