AFCAT 2 2024 Age Limit
- Flying Branch – 20 to 24 years as of 01 July 2025 i.e. born between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2005 (both dates inclusive). The upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable up to 26 years i.e. born between 2nd July 1999 to 1st July 2005 (both dates inclusive).
- Ground Duty (Technical/ Non-Technical) Branches – 20 to 26 years as of 1st July 2005 i.e. born between 2nd July 1999 to 1st July 2005 both dates Inclusive.
AFCAT 2 2024 Salary

Note: Flight Cadets will receive a Fixed Stipend of Rs. 56100/- per month during one year of training.
AFCAT 2 Notification 2024 – Application Fee
- Candidates registering for AFCAT entry will have to pay an amount of Rs. 550/- as an examination fee
- However, candidates registering for NCC Special Entry and Meteorology Entry are not required to pay.
How To Apply For AFCAT 2 2024 Notification?
- Open the official portals for AFCAT 2 Exam 2024: www.afcat.cdac.in, https://careerindianairforce.cdac.in/.
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ link to begin the registration process.
- Provide your mobile number and email ID for updates and receive an OTP for verification.
- Enter the OTP received on your email and mobile to verify your contact details.
- Upon verification, you’ll receive a login ID and password in your email.
- Access the ‘Candidate Login’ portal using the provided credentials.
- Enter the captcha code and click on ‘Sign In’.
- Choose the desired posts you wish to apply for.
- Complete the application form by filling in educational qualifications and other required fields.
- Pay the examination fee using a Debit Card/ Credit Card or any online payment mode.
- Upload scanned passport-size photographs and signatures in jpeg format.
- Upload educational certificates, category certificates, and other necessary documents through the provided link.
- Review all details and click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.
