AFCAT 1 Notification 2025 (Out) | 336 Posts: The Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) is an entrance exam conducted by the Indian Air Force to recruit eligible candidates for Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches with 336 vacancies available. The Indian Air Force has released the Short Notification Advertisement on 21st November 2024. The Detailed AFCAT 1 Exam Notification 2025 will be released by 2nd December 2025.

AFCAT 1 Exam Notification 2025 – Educational Qualifications
- Flying Branch & Ground Duty (Non-technical): candidate must have scored a minimum 50% marks each in physics and mathematics at 10+2 level and a three-year graduation degree OR a BE/ B. Tech degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognized university.
- Ground Duty (Technical)- i)Aeronautical engineering (Electronics)(AE(L)): The candidate must have scored a minimum 60% marks each in physics and mathematics at 10+2 level and a degree in graduation/post-graduation in the field of engineering and technology from a recognized university.
AFCAT 1 2025 Notification – Age Limit
- Flying Branch- 20 to 24 years (Candidate must have born between 02/01/2002 to 01/01/2006)
- Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical)- 20 to 26 years (Candidate must have born between 02/01/2000 to 01/01/2006)

AFCAT 1 2025 Notification – Selection Process
The Selection Process is based on Written test, AFSB Test, Medical Examination.
AFCAT 1 Application Fee 2025
- Candidates registering for AFCAT entry will have to pay an amount of Rs. 550/- (plus GST) as an examination fee
- However, candidates registering for NCC Special Entry and Meteorology Entry are not required to pay.

- Click on the ‘New Registration’ link to begin the registration process.
- Provide your mobile number and email ID for updates and receive an OTP for verification.
- Enter the OTP received on your email and mobile to verify your contact details.
- Upon verification, you’ll receive a login ID and password in your email.
- Access the ‘Candidate Login’ portal using the provided credentials.
- Enter the captcha code and click on ‘Sign In’.
- Choose the desired posts you wish to apply for.
- Complete the application form by filling in educational qualifications and other required fields.
