Roles and Responsibilities | Amul Accounts Assistant Jobs

The candidate should have a working knowledge of Financial accounting, commercial norms, and taxation. The responsibilities include preparation of Accounting documents such as Invoices, Billing, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchases, Bank reconciliations, verification of payments, MIS, Maintenance of records in SAP FICO, etc. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST and should be capable of filing GST returns independently.

The person will be responsible for Branch Accounting functions. The major responsibilities include:

• Ensuring maintenance of Books of accounts including finance management and Assets
• Accounting, ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to the arrival of stock, maintenance of stock in the godowns
• Ensuring proper compliance with all statutory formalities like service tax, GST filing, etc
  physical verification of stock in warehouse and Reconciliation with Book Stock
• Invoicing
• Reconciliation of Vendor/ Supplier Ledger
• Reconciliation of Inter-Office Balance
• Other accounts related works
• Coordinating with internal auditors
• Ensuring proper utilization of budget, etc
• Reconciliation of Vendor/ Supplier Ledger & Inter-Office balance
• Preparation of Transporter bills
• Preparation of Journal vouchers and payments
• Settling employee tour bills and other bills
• Ensure proper transportation of stocks and other commercial activities, etc

Amul Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should be a first-class graduate in commerce (B.com) and a postgraduate in commerce (M.com) or MBA (Finance). The graduation should be regular and full-time.
• The candidate should also have 0-2 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, and other allied areas.
• The candidate having knowledge of SAP FICO will be preferred. Age should not be more than 28 years.
• The candidates having the knowledge of regional language Telugu need only apply.
