- Conduct opportunity discovery, customer profiling, and funnel analysis and present insights and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand the feasibility of new approaches and initiatives.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to understand opportunities to improve personalization campaigns.
- Design reporting solutions to help stakeholders understand the impact of business initiatives.
- Define business rules and source input data for customer attributes to use in campaigns.
- Peer-review work done by other analysts contributes to knowledge sharing and skills uplift.

- Experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation, and presentation (e.g. SQL, Teradata, Python, R, Qliksense, SAS, Tableau, Excel)
