The AP Information Technology Department proposed this idea to deliver free laptops to disabled individuals and senior citizens. Andra Pradesh State Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy Garu has established a new plan for differently-abled and senior citizens called the AP Free Laptop Scheme.
