Awarding of Marks
For each question, the candidate will be awarded full marks, if he/ she darkened only one bubble corresponding to the correct answer. In case, the candidate has not darkened any bubble, then he/ she will be awarded a 0 mark for that particular question.
Final Selection
- Civil Constables – Based on the marks in the final written examination for 200 marks
- APSP Constables – Based on the marks in the final written examination for 100 marks and the Physical Efficiency Test for 100 marks, a totaling of 200 marks.
Events for Physical Efficiency Test
Civil Constables
- 1600 meters run (1 Mile Run) and
- One out of the remaining two events of 100 meters run or Lung jump.
- These will be qualifying in nature
APSP Constables
Candidates must qualify for all three events of PET
- 1600 meters run (1 Mile Run)
- 100 meters run
- Long Jump
