Astreya Careers 2024 – Roles and Responsibilities of Data Analyst I

• Develop a detailed knowledge of the company’s culture to create a unique and comprehensive strategy to hiring
• Assist with completing daily HR duties including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs
• Help to create and manage social media postings as related to recruitment and company culture
• Research the current industries’ recruiting strategies and refine ours to be on the cutting edge
• Communicate and embrace the career development opportunities that Astreya embodies
• Receive and assist with managing all incoming applications to determine whether a competent candidate pool exists within the existing database for open position requirements
