Atos Syntel Walkin Drive for Freshers – Responsibilities
- Support employees and managers with complex transaction processing and life cycle event management (e.g. transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.).
- Provide continuous feedback to peers and management about internal employee service trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via our internal portal, and other channels.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on the company’s HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the transaction processing and life cycle management (Leave Management, Compensation, Payroll) by coordinating with various internal stakeholders.
- The candidate will be required to operate on the night shift to interact with and support employees and respective onsite counterparts.
