This Researcher position is responsible for
- Research market and industry trends/ patterns, conduct Industry scans and market mapping, and collate market intelligence
- Competitive research
- Conduct Talent scans, Talent Mapping, Candidate research, and knowledge management
- Competitor analysis (Analyze habits and data available from competitors)
- Research validation through candidate/ employee outreach in various organizations.
- Organizational structures mapping
- Analyze and Organize data and information to create comprehensive, meaningful, and customized research reports for clients and store data for current and future mandates
- Document all data and research procedures
- Recommend changes and improvements based on research findings
- Act as point of contact for Senior and Executive candidates throughout the interview process
- Coordinate interviews and travel-specific to Leadership and Executive candidates.
- Ensuring data integrity and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to identify areas of improvement for the team and make recommendations on a course forward.
