• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.

Problem Resolution:

• Analyse recurring issues and collaborate with other IT teams to implement permanent solutions.

• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures.

Software and Hardware Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware components.

User Account Management:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Reset passwords and assist with account-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies in user access management.

Communication:

Documentation:
