As an application administrator you will be responsible for:

• Continuously improves own skills and proactively seeks new learning and engagement opportunities.
• Responding, documenting, customer communication, and closing incoming tickets as per agreed SLA and meeting other organizational KPIs.
• Active participation in ongoing IT projects and meeting deadlines by completing tasks on time.
• Effective documentation of the processes, policies and keep them up to date.
• The normal working hours would be India general or EMEA shift.
• Understand enterprise-scale, integrated applications from a process/business perspective.
• Day to day support for all our Enterprise applications which are on the Microsoft platform (Data Center, Cloud-hosted, and SaaS).
• Design, build and deliver automation that drives measurable business value.
• Understand how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiency of specific IT functions or applications.
• A strong believer in innovation by coming up with new technology solutions and driving automation as and when needed.
• Escalate issues appropriately that impact business systems, project delivery, or customer satisfaction, following process and policy.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the internal team and internal and external key stakeholders.

BMC Software Openings 2022 | Skills

• Well-versed with Windows operating system as a platform & IIS.
• Expert at PowerShell scripting.
• Python & basic Unix scripting knowledge will be an additional advantage.
