Capgemini On Campus Interview Experience
Job Role: Senior Analyst
Eligibility:
- All branches B.Tech/ DD, M.Tech
- Minimum 60% in Academics(X, XII)
- Minimum 6 CGPA with no active backlog
- Maximum 1 year Education gap between XII and B.Tech 1st year
Location: Across India
Total Rounds: 3 Rounds
Round 1: Online Test
- Psuedo Code: There were 25 questions asked in this round, 10 questions from Data Structure and 15 questions from Algorithms. And the total time limit to complete answering all the questions is 25 minutes. The difficulty level of this round is Easy
- Verbal: Those candidates who cleared the Psuedo Code will be forwarded to this round. There were 30 questions asked in this round which has to be answered in 30 minutes. The difficulty level of this round is hard
- Game-Based Aptitude: Candidates clearing the verbal round will proceed to this round. In this round, we have got 4 games to solve painting speed and accuracy. the difficulty of the game increases with an increase in the level. Here are the 4 games which I have got:
- Deductive Logical Thinking
- Inductive Logical Thinking
- Grid Challenge
- Motion Challenge
- Behavioural Test: Candidates who clear Game-Based Aptitude can attempt this round. There were 100 questions that were asked and no time limit. To get through this round, the candidates were expected to be honest.
Round 2: Technical Interview
Even if you clear all the sections in the online test, there will be no assurance that the candidates could be called for the Technical Interview round because there be a major filtration happen in the Game-based round. The Capgemini Technical Interview will last for 20 minutes. Here are few are the questions that have been asked by the panel:

Round 2: HR Interview
After clearing the technical round, I was called for Capgemini HR Round. The overall time taken for this round is 20 minutes. You can check down as I have mentioned the questions that have been asked in the HR Interview.

2. Tell me about a situation where you ran out of time and how did you manage.
3. Tell me about a situation where you thought creatively and come to a solution.

Capgemini Off Campus Interview Experience
I have appeared for Capgemini Off Campus drive. Whereas, it consists of 2 rounds. They are Written Test and Technical Interview.
Round 1: Written Test
This round consists of 4 sections and there is elimination in the first three sections.
- Pseudo Code Section: This section consists of 25 MCQs. Questions related to pseudocode and data structures were asked in this section. The time given to complete this section is 25 minutes. On clearing this section, you will be forwarded to the next section.
- Verbal Ability section: This section consists of 30 MCQs which include comprehensions, closets, and related to speech mostly. The duration of time given to complete this section is 30 minutes.
- Gaming section: This section contains 4 games. The games that were given to me to solve are the Switch challenge, Digit challenge, Motion challenge, and Grid challenge. The maximum duration for this section is 22-24 minutes.
- Behavioral section: The aim of this section is to assess your way of thinking and behavior. This section consists of 100 MCQs. There is no limited time to complete this section and it is not an elimination round.
Round 2: Technical interview
After I completed taking round 1, I have got a call saying that I have got through round 1 of the Capgemini selection process. Then on the given time slot, I have joined the video call for the Technical Interview. Firstly, the interview asked to tell about myself followed by a few technical and behavioral questions which I have mentioned below.
1. Define Method Overloading.
2. Define Method Overriding.
3. What is Constructor?
4. Define Polymorphism.
5. Talk about my Weakness.
6. Asked me a compliment from the professor about me.
7. Asked for knowledge about Database Management Systems.
8. Define Foreign Key.
9. Difference Between Foreign Key & Primary Key.
10. What is your Expected CTC? What if we cannot match it?
11. What do you know about Capgemini? How will you improve the company?
12. What are the qualities of a good manager?
13. What subjects were most difficult for you in your graduation? How did you overcome your difficulties?
