- Handling the complete recruitment and selection process, right from crystallizing the requirement specs to closing the requirements.
- Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies
- Scheduling candidates for interview and walkin drive at various locations.
- Negotiates salaries/ rate with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies
- Conducting Telephonic Interviews.
- Shortlisting and scheduling candidates for the technical interview.
- Preparation of various MIS reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.
