Selection Process
- First round: Aptitude test Multiple type choice questions and answers base on Verbal, Analytical, Java & Programming Ability. (if selected, then eligible for second round) – 60 questions 65 minutes
- Second round: Speechtrac test In this test system record your communication of yours based on Articulation, Grammar, Word Stress & Fluency– Speech /communication-based test 56 questions 20 mins (Test should be attempted in one go with wife or data card, usage of hotspot will result in test disruption)

Training Details
- Training location: Virtual training – 42 days course period (Monday to Friday), Regular working hours’ time.
- Training will be given on Mainframe development skill by the Expert person and also provide training certificate after completing it.
- No Salary or Stipend will be given during the training period.
- Before training, we have to do an Agreement/ Bond for 1 Year that states that after completing the training you have to Join the IBM project only through Collabera Technologies Pvt Ltd.
- After Completing Training, IBM will take Assessment Test, and accordingly, Project will be assigned to you.
- Once the project will be assigned and you will start working on it, from that date onwards your salary will be considered.
