• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders, and with various teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and the documentation requirements.
• Adhere to defined technical writing standards, best practices, style guides, templates, scripts, style sheets, and graphic libraries
• Revise and manage existing product documentation as required
• Plan, research, create, edit, and modify documentation such as product descriptions, installation manuals, operation, and administration manuals, user guides, API reference guides for ColorTokens products.
• Ensure clarity, completeness, technical accuracy, and quality of documentation.
• Understand and apply customer use cases and user profiles to design and deliver user assistance information content
• Act as a user advocate throughout the product design and development process based on the product information architecture.

ColorTokens Careers 2021 – Required Professional Expertise

• Experience writing topic-based and task-oriented documentation according to company style guidelines.
• Experience with multi-channel publishing using authoring tools, such as Adobe RoboHelp, Helpscout, Camtasia, Wiki Technologies, and Snagit.
• Experience developing enterprise systems software documentation for users and system administrators.
