Job Description

• Responsible for all the activities relating to the student’s placement. He will be specializing in the different technical streams.
• Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
• Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
• Conduct tele calling with a purpose to generate prospective clients for the organization
• Responsible for follow-ups and coordination with the team to ensure the leads have been turned in to placements
• Assist in organizing employment events, meets, and calendar events of the department.
• Assist with maintaining employer database(s) of students placed. Maintain student files as needed.
• Contact and tie up with companies to develop partnerships for placement, internship, and opportunities.
• To reach out to companies in a systematic manner to bring them for campus drive.
• Coordinate for the campus drive.
• Generating placement opportunities for Cranes students through mapping, approaching, and tie-up with companies, industries, etc.
• To handle end-to-end placement and training-related activities. Will conduct the competitor mapping exercise on courses, contents, offerings, fees & promotion.
• Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process.
• Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit/ potential placements.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting on revenue targets qualified lead generations & business growth.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Master’s degree/ Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and editing skills are required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others
