• Experience with social listening tools and blending social & primary research
• Knowledge on designing a research project to meet the needs of business questions and suggest the best methodology for research
• Understand VOC and turn consumer speak into consumer marketing stories and relevant product insights
• Building insight library and consumer benefit roadmap for key categories to drive
• Innovation roadmap along with category team
• Is a self-starter and works well with Cross-functional team setup.
