DDI Internship 2024 – Job Description
The Legal Intern is a varied position. Projects will include review of corporate policies, legal research on varying topics, reviewing client contracts and document language, and assigning various risk levels of applicable contract language. This paid internship is available through the summer months with an opportunity to extend September forward. Internship schedule will be full-time (40 hours) in the summer and part-time (20 hours) in September per week.

- Work with General Counsel to create risk level criteria.
- Review client master agreements noting risk level on ownership, data security, and liability.
