Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- To be on top of all updates circulated within the team and adhering to the application of
- updates on the files.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training, refresher conducted in the team.
- Ability to help schedule and pick up work independently over the weekends.
- Performing technical checks on files on a daily basis specific to one or more clients irrespective of the file type.
- Providing an update of the files been assigned to the immediate leads or schedules in a timely manner.
- Communicating File status and ETAs on query emails in a clear and precise manner.
- Flag and alert respective production teams for any inconsistencies observed in workflows/instructions performed to help avert any redeliveries.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Effective English communication skills are written and verbal.
- Proven research skills and fact-checking using Internet-based search engines.
- Broad cultural knowledge and a wide range of interests.
