ESIC Indore Senior Resident, Specialist Salary
For the 3-Year Senior Resident Post:
In the entry pay level -11 plus other allowances as admissible in ESIC.

For Full-Time Specialist:
Rs. 1,21,408/- per month as Consolidated remuneration.
Part-Time Specialist:
Rs 60,000/- per month for four-hour sessions per day X four days in a week + Rs. 15000/- on giving the undertaking to be available for emergency call duty after the scheduled timings per month. Additional Remuneration above 16 hrs/ week- Rs. 800/hr for every additional hour.
For Full-Time Super Specialists:
Rs. 2,00,000/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month. No other allowances in any form shall be admissible.
For Part-Time Super Specialists:
Rs. 1,00,000/- (Consolidated remuneration) per month for 04 hours per day & 04 days a week. In addition, Rs. 20,000/- per month for visiting charges in case of an emergency call and Rs. 1200/- for every additional hour beyond 16 hours/ week.
