FLSmidth Responsibilities

• Leads requirements analysis and verification.
• Break down business requirements into functional design.
• Manages requirements traceability information and tracks requirements status, and communicates updates to Project PMO.
• Provides significant input to the technical team for development.
• Involved in Implementation and Rollout projects.
• Help prepare project plans and effort estimation.
• Collaborate with shared services organization to document as-is processes, design to-be processes, identify gaps, and establish integrations.
• Ensure comprehensive test planning: define test scenarios, create test scripts, engage user base and supervise user acceptance testing; create formal documentation of testing results.
• Conduct/ Sing-Off SIT and UAT.
• Consult Defect/ Incident and provide resolution.
• Develop training materials, support trainer(s) in training delivery.

FLSmidth Key Qualifications, Skills & Core Competencies

• Strong finance background with experience in P2P processes, with hands-on experience in working on SAP Concur (Travel expense management).
• Preferable to have hands-on knowledge on SAP Finance or Oracle Finance with techno-functional consulting experience.
• Strong ability to be able to communicate with teams of diverse backgrounds (Geographic, Cultural, Personality, Functional/ Technical experience).
• Have a broad business understanding and build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong process understanding and focus.
• Self-starter, proactive individual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
