GEA Group Openings 2024 – Personal Profile

Internship for a period of 6 months to 1 year. Students studying the following a university degree (BS/ BA/ BSc) or similar courses, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Information Management Finance/ Accounting potentially in the 4th year and beyond. The position is within Global Operation, Strategy & Business Operations unit responsible for managing the performance management, strategy, and business operations governance in GEA Operations on a global scale.

Main tasks for the position in Global Operations

• Coordinating data gathering process
• Improving reporting & controlling workflow (reporting automation with the IT department)
• Help out with the management of support requests on the above tasks
• Structuring and controlling data
• Translating data into business insights
• Train and support other employees on a global scale.

GEA Group Intern Jobs 2024 – Your Profile & Qualifications

Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Diligent, Hardworking, contentious, and complete tasks on time.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment and the ability to prioritize and analyze complex matters (both numerical and verbal) and make logical conclusions.
• Develop a network of people, communicate openly, and share information across boundaries to improve performance.
• Good working Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Python would be required. Power BI knowledge would be an advantage.
  Hands-on coding as needed.
• Organize and carry out projects and tasks independently and efficiently optimizing the use of resources to achieve a goal.
• Good analytical skills and fluent usage of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English. Ability to listen and express orally and in writing.
