Summary of Position

  • Handle email and chats and assist customers related to Webhosting issues.

Responsibilities | Technical Support (Nonvoice)

  • Provide technical support for level-one escalation issues via the help desk.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues that customers experience with their web hosting plans and services.
  • Should multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and the managers.

Required Skills For Technical Support

  • Typing skills with 35 words/ min
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Should be able to handle 3 chats at a time
  • Excellent in English communication, Verbal & Written
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts which also includes night shifts
  • Strong in logical reasoning.
  • Web-hosting knowledge will be an added advantage
