The exam is conducted in three parts i.e, written test, computer proficiency test (CPT) & practical test. The written test is for 200 marks and the CPT test is for 100 marks. The duration of the written exam is 2 hours and the CPT test is 1 hour 30 minutes. The subject included in the written exam is General Language, Gujarati Grammar and Literature, English Grammar, and Mathematical and Logical Test.

Written Exam

• The examination will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) and Optical Mark Reader (OMR) system.
• Each question will have one mark.
• For the wrong answer, 0.28 marks will be deducted.
• For more than one option marked the same 0.28 marks will be deducted.
• The answer to each question will be an option “E” “Not Attempted” if the candidate does not want to answer any question, he/ she can choose this option, and in case of choosing the “Not attempted” option negative marking will not be applicable.
• If none of the given options in the question is selected, then 0.28 marks will be deducted from the marks obtained.
• Candidates who pass the written test will be called for Part-II Computer Proficiency Test Approximately three times the number of candidates will be called for the Computer Proficiency Test on the basis of merit on the basis of approximate total vacancies.
