With the dust of Guru’s Lotus feet, I clean the mirror of my mind and then narrate the sacred glory of Shri Ram Chandra, The Supreme among the Raghu dynasty. The giver of the four attainments of life.

(Verse 2)
Buddhiheen Tanu Janike, Sumirow, Pavan Kumar,
Bal Buddhi Vidya Dehu Mohi, Harahu Kalesh Bikaar.
Knowing myself to be ignorant, I invoke you, O Hanuman, the son of Pavan (the wind god)! Give me strength, intelligence, and wisdom, and remove all afflictions and impurities.

(Verse 3)
Jai Hanuman Gyan Gun Sagar, Jai Kapis Tihun Lok Ujagar,
Ram Dut Atulit Bal Dhama, Anjani Putra Pavan Sut nama.
Hail Hanuman, the ocean of knowledge and virtues! Hail the monkey god who illuminates all three worlds with his glory! You are the messenger of Shri Ram, the repository of immeasurable strength, and the son of Anjani and the wind god.

(Verse 4)
Mahavir Vikram Bajrangi, Kumati Nivar Sumati Ke Sangi,
Kanchan Varan Viraj Subesa, Kanan Kundal Kunchit Kesa.
O Mahaveer, your valor and your great strength are unparalleled. You are the dispeller of evil thoughts and the companion of the good-hearted. Your body is golden-colored, and your attire is splendid. You wear earrings in your ears and your hair is curly.

(Verse 5)
Haath Bajra Aur Dhvaja Biraje, Kaandhe Moonj Janeu Saaje,
Shankar Suvan Kesri Nandan, Tej Pratap Maha Jagvandan.
You hold the thunderbolt and the flag in your hands, and you wear the sacred thread across your shoulder. You are the son of Kesari and Shiva, and you are worshipped by the whole world for your splendorous radiance.

(Verse 6)
Vidyavan Guni Ati Chatur, Ram Kaj Karibe Ko Atur,
Prabhu Charittra Sunibe Ko Rasiya, Ram Lakhan Sita man Basiya.
You are extremely wise, virtuous, and clever. You are ever eager to do the work of Shri Ram. And you delight in listening to the glories of Shri Ram, and your heart resides in Shri Ram, Lakshman, and Sita.

(Verse 7)
Sukshma Roop Dhari Siyahi Dikhava, Vikat Roop Dhari Lanka Jarava,
Bhima Roop Dhari Asur Sanghare, Ram Chand Ke Kaaj Samvare.
Taking a tiny form, you showed yourself to Mother Sita in the Ashok Vatika. You assumed a colossal form and burnt down Lanka. You took a formidable form and killed the demons, thus accomplishing the task of Shri Ram.

(Verse 8)
Laye Sanjivan Lakhan Jiyaye, Shri Raghuvir Harashi Ur Laiye,
Raghupati Kinhi Bahut Badai, Tum Mam Priye Bharat Sam Bhai.
You brought the Sanjeevani herb and revived Lakshman. Shri Ram embraced you with delight, saying, “You are as dear to me as my own brother Bharat.” Shri Ram praised you profusely, saying, “O Hanuman, you are the protector of the Raghu dynasty.”

(Verse 9)
Sahas Badan Tumharo Jas Gaave, Asa Kahi Shripati Kanth Laave,
Sanakaadik Brahmadi Muneesa, Narad Sarad Sahit Aheesa.
The Sages Sanaka, Sanandana, Sanatana, and Narada, the divine sages, and even the divine serpent Sheshnag sing your glory. Shri Ram himself praised you, saying, “May you be blessed.”

(Verse 10)
Yam Kuber Digpal Jahan Te, Kabhi Ko Vidh Kahi Sakai Kahin Te,
Tum Upkar Sugrivahin Keenha, Ram Milaye Rajpad Deenha.
Yama (the god of death), Kubera (the god of wealth), and the guardians of the four quarters of the universe are unable to describe your greatness adequately. You rendered a great service to Sugriva, by uniting him with Shri Ram and bestowing upon him the kingdom of Kishkindha.

(Verse 11)
Tumharo Mantra Vibhishan Maana, Lankeshwar Bhaye Sub Jag Jana,
Yug Sahastra Jojan Par Bhaanu, Leelyo Taahi Madhur Phal Jaanu.
Vibhishana, the king of Lanka, accepted your counsel, and as a result, he became the ruler of Lanka, as well as renowned throughout the universe. The sun, situated thousands of miles away, swallowed up the ocean, considering it to be a sweet fruit.

(Verse 12)
Prabhu Mudrika Meli Mukh Maahi, Jaladhi Langhi Gaye Achraj Naahi,
Durgam Kaaj Jagat Ke Jeete, Sugam Anugrah Tumhare Tete.
Holding the ring of Shri Ram in your mouth, you leaped across the ocean, and there is no wonder in this. You are the accomplisher of difficult tasks and the giver of happiness to the whole world.

(Verse 13)
Ram Dwaare Tum Rakhvare, Hoat Na Aagya Binu Paisare,
Sab Sukh Lahe Tumhari Sarna, Tum Rakshak Kaahu Ko Darna.
You are the guardian at the door of Shri Ram’s court, and nothing can enter there without your permission. Taking refuge in you brings all happiness, and when you are the protector, why should anyone fear?

(Verse 14)
Aapan Tej Samharo Aapai, Teeno Lok Haank Te Kaapai,
Bhoot Pisaach Nikat Nahi Aavai, Mahavir Jab Naam Sunavae.
You alone can control your power, and when you roar, the three worlds tremble. Ghosts and evil spirits cannot come near, O Mahavir, when your name is uttered.

(Verse 15)
Naasai Rog Hare Sab Peera, Japat Nirantar Hanumant Beera,
Sankat Te Hanuman Chudave, Man Kram Bachan Dhyan Jo Lave.
All diseases and pains are removed when one constantly chants the name of Hanuman, the brave hero. Hanuman saves from all troubles, and those who meditate upon him with devotion are blessed with success.

Sab Par Ram Tapasvee Raja, Tin Ke Kaaj Sakal Tum Saaja,
