HDFC Bank Walkin Drive for Freshers – Responsibilities
- Existing account conversion to NR basis leads received from online portal/third party website leads, India branches & overseas NRI centers through the nonface-to-face process.
- Coordinating and following up with customers on the documentation process for converting accounts from resident to nonresident status.
- Sound understanding of various product impacts on conversion to NR status • Ensure lead conversion with minimal leakage.
- Tracking FTNR to ensure accounts are opened/converted with minimal FTNR%.
- ETB customers are to be briefed on the managed Programs of the Bank.
- Eligible customers to be onboarded/upgraded (if not part of a managed program) to managed programs and relationships to be moved to the NR VRM relationship management team.
