Passed the 12th examination with a minimum of 45% and a degree in B.A., B.Com., or Bachelor’s degree (50%) in elementary education. |
| TGT (Non-Medical) |
Candidates who have passed the 12th examination with a minimum of 50% and a degree in B.Sc., B.Ed., or Bachelor degree (50%) in elementary education. |
| TGT (Medical) |
Candidates must have cleared the 12th exam with a minimum of 50% and a degree in B.Sc. (Medical) or B.Ed. or Bachelor degree (50%) in elementary education. |
| Shastri |
A degree in Shastri with a minimum 50% marks from a recognised university by the HP Govt. |
| Language Teacher |
Candidates must have a degree in Hindi or be currently appearing in the final year of the diploma course (2 years). |
| Junior Basic Training |
Candidates must have passed 12th with minimum 50% marks and Diploma in Elementary Education or Bachelor Degree (50%). |
| Punjabi Language Teacher |
Candidates must have a degree in Punjabi or be currently attending the final year of their diploma course (2 years). |

- Language 1: Comprehension-based question and concept for language development.
