- Candidates have to qualify for each test with the cut-off marks decided by the IBPS Officials. the aspirants who got minimum marks will be shortlisted for the Mains Examination.
- Both Prelims and Mains exams will be available in bilingually i.e.; English and Hindi except the Test of English Language.
- The IBPS Clerk Written Exam is an Objective Test.
- For every wrong answer given by the candidate fourth or 0.25 marks are deducted as the penalty in both prelims, the main exam.
