Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sri City, Chittoor referred to as IIIT, Sri City is an institute of national importance, setting best-in-class technology education standards in India. IIITS was established in 2013 underneath the govt. of India’s Initiative to line up 20 Institutes across India, specializing in information technology. The Institute was set up by the govt. of India – MHRD, Government of Andhra Pradesh and Industry Partners represented by Sri city Foundation as a Not-for-Profit Public-Private-Partnership. The Institute has funded fifty percent by the govt. of India, thirty-five percent by the govt. of state and fifteen percent by the Industry Partners.

D. programs within the areas of computer science & Engineering and physics & Communications Engineering.
