• Expertise in at least one Industry proven Patch Management tool, implementation process, Design, configuration & management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting to write the scripts that can automate the Patching activities.
• Software update experience on Routers, Switches, Access Points and wireless controllers is MUST.
• Experience in Vulnerability scanning & Vulnerability Mitigation.
• Extensive troubleshooting skills for Servers, Workstations.
• Assessment of the existing patch management system setup and configuration.
• Manage Security and Compliance (SCA) of the devices in scope.
• Plan and Schedule Patch Deployment.
• Perform day-to-day activities required to distribute application/ software/ patch packages and deploy operating systems.
• Complete overall patch/ release management as well as ensure all packages are deployed efficiently and as transparently as possible.
• Identify, manage, and monitor for vulnerabilities that may affect compliance requirements and change management procedures.
• Monitor Patch deployment process during the scheduled maintenance window.
• General IT Security.
• Experience in creating security compliance & RCA reports.
• Ability to work independently, identify priorities, and work successfully with minimal supervision.
• Flexible with learning new tools & technologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory and required to work in PST hours.
