IMU Common Entrance Test Counselling Fee 2020

• For Registering to the Online Counselling, a candidate will have to make Online
  Payment of the Counselling Fee of Rs. 10,000/- to IMU. No other mode of
  payment will be entertained.

Note: Only candidates, who have registered for Online Counselling and whose
the name has not been reflected in any of the Admission List(s) published, will be
eligible for a refund of Rs.9,000/- (Rs.1,000/- will be charged towards processing
fees)

Reservation Of Seats

• IMU has made provision for Reservation of seats in U.G courses in IMU
  Campuses for candidates from the ‘Special States’ of Andaman and Nicobar
  Islands, Lakshadweep and Minicoy Islands, Eight North Eastern States
  (including Sikkim) and Jammu & Kashmir.
• Allocation of seats for the “Special State’ of Andaman & Nicobar Islands will be for candidates who have been ranked by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration. The allocation of seats for candidates from the above mentioned ‘Special States’ except Andaman & Nicobar Islands, will be done after publication of the Second List, based on the residual seats available, if any.
• Candidates should note that while registering for the Online Counselling if they belong to any of these “Special States’, and have been allotted seats reserved for these ‘Special States’, they would be required to produce the ‘Domicile Certificate’ duly certified by the Tehsildar/ Competent Authority of that State.
• Maximum number of seats reserved for candidates from the ‘Special States’ in a given Academic Year for the U.G Programmes put together in all IMU Campuses shall be as follows:

(i) Andaman and Nicobar Islands – 20 seats
(ii) Lakshadweep and Minicoy Islands – 10 seats
(iii) Eight North Eastern States (including Sikkim) – 40 seats
(iv) Jammu and Kashmir – 10 seats

Documents Required For IMU CET 2020 Counselling

• IMU CET Admit card 2020.
• Category Certificate.
• High school and Intermediate mark sheet.
• Caste Certificate.
• IMU CET Score Card 2020.
• Residence Certificate.
• Nationality certificate.
• Physical fitness certificate.

IMU CET Online Counselling 2020

Online Counselling will be limited to admissions to IMU Campuses only. Also, the Online IMU CET Counselling Process 2020 will not cover the Admissions to Affiliated Institutes.
Detailed Instructions for IMU CET Online Counselling will be available in the official portal @ imu.edu.in. Furthermore, Online Counselling is the process which happens in two phases:

Stage III – (Certificate Verification):

• As per the ‘Provisional Seat Confirmation Letter’ received after successful
  online payment of the Programme Fee of Rs. 25,000/-, the Candidate is required
  to report to the Director of the Campus in which the seat is allotted on the
  intimated dates (to be communicated after admission) for the following
  (i) Verification of original documents;
  (ii) Confirmation of medical fitness and
  (iii) Payment of the First Semester Fees and Caution Deposit
• Only after these formalities are completed, the ‘Provisional Seat
  Confirmation’ will be deemed to be “Admission Confirmed”.
• If any candidate fails in any of the above formalities, they will face the following
  consequences:

a. Treated as a ‘drop-out’ and shall forgo seat allotment i.e., the seat allotted
will be cancelled and the candidate cannot lay any claim over the seat at a
later date,
b. Become ineligible for up-gradation, in subsequent Admission Lists, if any.
