The revised pay structure of the first cell in the Level12 of Pay Matrix or minimum pay in the first cell of the Pay Matrix as specified in Part-A of the schedule of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 pay scale Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200 per month plus other benefits.
For Specialist Medical Officers Posts:
The revised pay structure of the first cell in the Level-11 of Pay Matrix or minimum pay in the first cell of the Pay Matrix as specified in Part-A of the schedule of CCS(Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, pay scale Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 per month plus other benefits.
For Medical Officers Posts:
The revised pay structure of the first cell in the Level10 of Pay Matrix or minimum pay in the first cell of the Pay Matrix as specified in Part-A of the schedule of CCS(Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, pay scale Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500 per month plus other benefits

ITBP Group A Recruitment 2023 – Selection Process
Candidates, whose online applications are found in order, will be issued an e-admit card mentioning the date, time, and venue for ‘Documentation & Interview’ by a designated Board of Officers at the designated centers followed by Physical Standard Tests (PST) and Medical Examination Tests (MET), to assess their suitability for appointment in CAPFs & AR.
ITBP Recruitment 2023 – Application Fee
- Male candidates belonging to the General (UR), OBC, and EWS categories applying for recruitment to the above posts need to pay Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only) as the ITBP Vacancy application fee through the online payment gateway system.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, and Female candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee.
