Jhargram Court Recruitment Exam Date 2022

The Preliminary Examination of Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk, Process Server, Peon/ Night Giard, Sweeper as per Employment Notification No. 02/ RC-21 and 03/ RC-21 both for Jhargram Judgeship which was supposed to be held on 25th September 2022 will be now held on 13th November 2022. Eligible applicants may download the Admit Card from the following websites. No Admit Cards will be provided physically.

Information & Instructions Regarding Jhargram Court Exam

• Please use your registration no. and the password for downloading the admit card. The password is the same one you made at the time of registration of your application. The registration no. and password was sent on your registered Mail ID at the time of registration
• The candidates shall reach the exam center as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card. Entry will not be allowed to the candidates appearing late or latecomers will not be allowed to the exam center.
• The candidates must always wear masks throughout the process. Strict adherence to the COVID-19 guidelines as per government orders shall be ensured.
• Candidates must submit their Admit Card, Question Paper, and OMR Sheet to the classroom Invigilator after the completion of the exam duration. In case of failure/non-submission, the candidature will cancel automatically.
• All the Candidates will get a ball pen inside the classroom from the invigilator.
• The candidates are only allowed to carry their admit card and photo ID Proof. Any candidate found using/ carrying or to be in possession of any other material apart from admit card and ID Proof is liable to be disqualified. Materials like electronic or digital gadgets such as a mobile, camera, blue tooth, earphones, microphone, health band, digital watches, stationery items such as paper, geometry box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drive, log table electronics, pen, pencil, etc. are not allowed.
• Candidates with a disability who are allowed to opt for his or their own Scribe for marking responses (answers) on their behalf as per rules, have to produce an original medical certificate issued by the competent medical authority regarding such disability at the time of entry to the examination center. Such candidates will be allowed “compensatory time” of 30 minutes (over and above the normal duration of examination i.e., 90 Minutes.). All such candidates must send mail (support@jhargramexam.com) after getting the admit card for Scribe approval
• In the examination, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of (i) using unfair means during the examination or (ii) impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person, or (iii) misbehaving in the examination hall, or (iv) resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection or (v) obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair means, such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, will also be liable: (a) to be disqualified from the examination and (b) to be debarred, either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by West Bengal Government.
