• The X – Convocation of the JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD (JNTUH) is likely to be held in the month of October-2021 (Actual date will be notified later).
• The Candidates who are qualified for the award of Degree/Diploma during the academic year 2019-20, 2020-21 & PG Degree completed or going to be completed on or before 20-09-2021 are eligible to apply.
• The eligible candidates are hereby informed to visit the Convocation Registration Portal and submit the application online from 1st September 2021 to 30th September 2021.
• Those who have applied for the JNTUH OD 2021 in the Pre-convocation mode need not apply again for this Notification. The application fee of INR 600 will be accepted through online mode only. The students who have already paid need not pay the fee. However, they have to register compulsorily. For more details, refer to the above-mentioned Registration Portal and Help desk is available at the Student Service Section (Ground floor) of the Examination Building of JNTUH (Helpline No. 9491283135/ 9491293135) from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, on all working days.
• The Degree Certificates of all the Bachelor Courses, Master Courses, M.S & M.Phil. Courses will be sent only by registered post to the individuals to the address given in their online application.
• Only Gold medal recipients and Ph.D. degree awardees can receive their degrees in person at the Convocation.
• The provisional list of Gold medal recipients for the academic year 2019-20 & 2020-21 will be placed on the JNTUH website (www.jntuh.ac.in) on 24th September 2021.

JNTUH Original Degree Application Status

The candidates who applied for JNTUH OD 2021 as per the above notification can track the Student’s OD Application by using the credentials. There the candidates can find the status as Pending/ Approved. Once the JNTUH Original Degree is approved, then the candidates can receive their Original Degree to the address mentioned by the candidate at the time of JNTUH OD Registration2021 via post.

Process To Apply For JNTUH Original Degree 2021?

• All the eligible candidates are hereby informed to visit the Convocation Registration Portal @ .
• If the New Users are using this service, they have to enroll initially using the link Register Me
• Now the new page gets opened, then the aspirants should enter the Hall Ticket Number and should hit on the SUBMIT Button.
• Aspirants should fill in all the valid required details in the Student Registration Form and give a click on the Register Button.
• The Password should be created by the student at the time of registration. Further, the aspirants are informed to remember these passwords for future usage. The User name will be the hall-ticket number of the aspirant during the study of his/ her course for which they are seeking the Original Degree certificate.
• The JNTUH OD Application Fee can be paid either by making online Payment (using Netbanking, Credit/ Debit cards) through epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation
• Now log in with your Hall Ticket Number (User Name) and password (as set by the candidate) and Upload the scanned copy of the Provisional Certificate.
• Give a click and select convocation OD then you will get an acknowledgment file in PDF Format. Download and save it for additional usage.
