JPSC CDPO Syllabus 2024

The Jharkhand JPSC CDPO Prelims Exam 2024 comprises 2 papers. Where the objective type of questions will be asked for 200 marks. And the medium of questions will be in Hindi and English. When coming to the JPSC CDPO Mains Exam 2024 candidates will be able to choose any one of the optional subjects as per their wish. JPSC CDPO Prelims Exam Pattern

There will be two papers for the preliminary examination which will be objective and each paper will be of 100 marks, whose full marks will be 200 marks.

Note:

(1) Both the question papers will be of objective type (multiple choice questions).
(2) The medium of questions will be in Hindi and English.

JPSC CDPO Mains Exam Pattern

The following subjects will be there for the Written Main Examination:

JPSC CDPO Prelims Syllabus 2024

Paper 1 – General Studies

  • Indian History and Indian National Movement
  • Geography of India and the world

JPSC CDPO Mains Syllabus 2024

Hindi

The question paper will be of class X level of the Jharkhand School Examination Board. In this test, the ability to express one’s feelings in simple Hindi clearly and in pure form and intuitive understanding will be tested. The distribution of marks will be as follows:

  • Essay – 30 marks
  • Grammar – 30 marks
  • Syntax – 15 marks

General Studies

  • Paper 1: The history of modern India (with special reference to Jharkhand) and Indian culture will include questions related to the outline of the country’s history from about the middle of the nineteenth century. Questions will be asked in the context of the modern history of Jharkhand, and the beginning and development of Western education (including technology education) in the region. In this, there will be questions related to the role of Jharkhand in the Indian freedom struggle, these questions will mainly be asked from the Santhal rebellion, Birsa’s movement. Candidates are expected to make some inferences using common sense based on the information of statistical drawings or pictorially presented the material in the subjects related to the pictorial representation of the Mauryan period and Pala period and the shortcomings, limitations, and limitations found therein. The ability to draw inconsistencies will be tested.
  • Paper 2: In the section related to Indian Polity, there will be questions related to the political system of India (and Jharkhand). In the section related to the Indian Economy and Geography of India and Jharkhand, questions will be asked related to the Planning of India and the Physical, Economic, and Social Geography of India. In the third section related to the importance and impact of science and technology on India, such questions will be asked to test the candidate’s knowledge about the importance of science and technology in India and Jharkhand.
