Karnataka Arthika Spandana Scheme | Loan Disbursal Scheme, Complete Details: Karnataka Chief Minister, B.S. Yediyurappa has launched the “Arthika Spandana” program of disbursing loans of Rs 39,300 crores through various cooperative institutions. The government will distribute Rs.15,300 Crores to the agriculture sector and Rs. 24000 Crores to the non-agriculture sector by using this scheme. The Chief Minister, who launched the program by symbolically handing over cheques towards loans to 50 beneficiaries, hailed the cooperative institutions for helping people during the times of COVID-19 and floods.

Karnataka Arthika Spandana Loan Disbursal Scheme Benefits
In the Arthika Spandana Loan Disbursal Scheme, primary agricultural cooperatives would be upgraded as multi service centers. As many as 1,549 cooperatives would be benefited from the loan disbursing program. This scheme had set up a target of distributing crop loans to a total amount of Rs. 15,300 crore this year. To date, around Rs. 7,929.30 crore is been distributed to 12.11 lakh farmers at zero and 3% interest rates.

Karnataka Arthika Spandana Loan Scheme Eligibility
The following persons are eligible to avail of this scheme:
- The applicant must be a citizen of Karnataka and they can get the benefits of the scheme.
- The income details of the farmers are necessary for the registration.
- Those income details will be inspected by the higher officials to examine the eligibility of farmers.
- The farmers belong to either the agricultural and non-agricultural sectors will allow getting the benefits of the scheme.
- Only eligible farmers can get the scheme perks.
