Karnataka High Court District Judges Recruitment 2023 – Educational Qualifications & Experience
- The candidate must be the holder of a degree in Law granted by a University established by Law in India.
- Must be practicing as an Advocate in the High Court or in a Subordinate Court on the last date fixed for receipt of applications and must have so practiced for a period not less than SEVEN years as on such date.
Note: Public Prosecutor/ Assistant Public Prosecutor/Government Counsel in full-time employment of the State having not less than seven years of continuous practice immediately preceding the last date fixed for receipt of online applications are also eligible for appointment.

The Selection of candidates shall be made in the order of merit on the basis of the aggregate of the marks obtained in the Written Examination and Viva-voce test, subject to the Government Orders relating to the reservation of posts for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and other backward classes.
High Court Of Karnataka Notification 2023 – Application Fee
Preliminary Examination Fee: The Candidate shall remit an amount of Rs 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only). But, in the case of a candidate belonging to SC/ ST/ Category-I, the fee payable shall be Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only).
Main Examination Fee: shall be payable by each candidate who is successful in the Preliminary Examination and eligible to appear for the Main Examination immediately within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of announcing the result of the Preliminary Examination, failing which, their candidature will not be considered for Main Examination. The candidate
shall remit an amount of Rs 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only). But, in the case of a candidate belonging to SC/ST/Category-I, the fee payable shall be Rs 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only).
