- Utilize Ansys Icepak for thermal analysis and design optimization.
- Perform hand calculations to verify simulation results and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to the thermal and fluid design aspects of electronics packaging.
- Analyze test data and correlate with simulation results to refine models.
- Create detailed technical reports and documentation of simulation approaches and outcomes.
- Provide results and suggestions to the engineering team and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform hand calculations for heat transfer and fluid flow.
