KTET Syllabus 2024

KTET Exam is an objective exam consisting of MCQ-type questions. And there will be 150 questions for 150 marks. 2 hours 30 minutes of time will be provided for the Kerala TET Exam and there is no negative marking for KTET exam. KTET Selection Process 2024

First the applied aspirants, need to attend the Written Exam and then shortlisted aspirants will be proceeded to the final process of selection which is a Personal Interview. Kerala TET Exam Pattern 2024 – Category 1, 2, 3 & 4

Category 1 – Lower Primary Teacher (Class 1-5) Exam Pattern

  • Category 1 contains the subjects of Child Development and Pedagogy (relevant to age group 6 – 11), Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Language I – Malayalam/ Tamil/ Kannada, Language II – English/ Arabic.

  • The Upper Primary Teacher that is Category 2 consists of Child Development and Pedagogy (for the age group 11-14), Language I-Malayalam/ Tamil/ Kannada/ English,
    Language II – Malayalam/ English/ Hindi/ Arabic/ Urdu/ Sanskrit,  Science and Mathematics/ social science. Total Marks are 150 Marks.
