Job Description
- Assistance in handling Company Secretarial work, ROC and secretarial compliance matters
- Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books, & registers.
- Coordination with Company Advocate/ consultant for various legal matters
- Drafting of letters, resolutions, agreements, contracts and other documents and writings.
- Assistance in ROC Filing for Companies and LLPs.
