Aaple Sarkar DBT Eligibility

  • The parents/ Guardian’s annual income shall be less than or equal to Rs. 2,50,000.
  • Student category shall belong to Scheduled caste or Navbouddha
  • The student shall belong to a resident of Maharashtra
  • A student should be passed SSC/ equivalent Matric.
  • Failure: If a student fails the first time then should avail of Exam fees & maintenance allowance. If fails the second time in the same class then he/she will not get any allowance and after two drops he will pass and go to the next class then he will be eligible.
  • In case of students studying out of Maharashtra, the same rules are applicable as per GOI.
  • Only 2 professional Courses are allowed.

Maha DBT Scholarship Schemes On Online Portal

All students belonging to SC, ST, OBC, SBC, VJ, NT, EBC, and Minority (Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, Sikh, Parsi, Jain, and Jews Community) are hereby informed that according to their specific category of eligibility, they should fill the Online MahaDBT Application Form for the below-mentioned department-wise Scholarship Scheme on mahadbtmahait.gov.in.

1) Social Justice and Special Assistance Department (Applicable for SC students admitted through CAP round only)

  • Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship
  • Candidates’ family annual income should be less than or equal to Rs. 2,00,000/-.
  • They must produce an Income Certificate Provided by Tahsildar.
  • Candidate family annual income above Rs. 2,00,000/- without any upper limit.
  • Post-Matric Tuition Fee and Examination Fee (Freeship)
  • They must produce Income Certificate Provided by Tahsildar.

2) Tribal Development Department (Applicable for ST students admitted through CAP round only)

  • Post Matric Scholarship Scheme (Government of India)
  • Family annual income <= 2,50,000/=.
  • They must produce an Income Certificate Provided by Tahsildar
  • Tuition Fee and Exam Fee for Tribal Students ( Freeship)
  • Family annual income limit > 2,50,000/=.
  • They must produce an Income Certificate Provided by Tahsildar

3) Directorate of Technical Education (Applicable for students admitted through CAP round only)

  • Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna
  • The annual income of the family must be up to 8 Lakh.
  • The scholarship is available for open or general-category students of Maharashtra.
  • They must produce Income Certificate Provided by Tahsildar.

4) VJ, NT, OBC and SBC Welfare Department (Applicable for students admitted through CAP round only)

  • Post Matric Scholarship
  • The candidate’s family annual income should be less than or equal to Rs.1 lakh.
  • They must produce Income Certificate Provided by Tahsildar.
  • Candidates’ family annual income is more than 1 Lakh and less than or equal to 8 Lakh.

5) Minority Development Department
