national importance/ current events/ economy of India & Meghalaya, and

General Studies
- General Studies – shall comprise General Science, Current Events of National and International Importance, the History of India and the Indian National Movement, Indian and World Geography, Indian Polity and Economy, and General Mental Ability.
- On General Science, questions will cover general appreciation and understanding of science including matters of everyday observation and experience as may be expected of an educated person not necessarily one who specializes/ studies in any scientific discipline.
- On Current events, questions/ probes of knowledge on topics of local, national, and international importance.
