MKU UG, PG Sem Notification 2021

• U.G Semester Theory Examinations: 13th December 2021
• P.G Semester Theory Examinations: 20th December 2021
• Date from which Application (for private candidates of U.G. Degree) may be downloaded for UG Courses: 25th October 2021
• Last date for receipt of the filled-in exam forms without penalty for UG Courses: 10th November 2021
• Last date for receipt of the filled-in exam forms with a penalty of Rs. 240/- for UG Courses: 17th November 2021

Note: Application forms for Private Candidates may be downloaded from the official website. Students should submit the duly filled-in application along with a Xerox copy of the last appearance mark statement, College Transfer Certificate, and two self-addressed envelopes well in advance. In any circumstances, the filled-in examination applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

MKU Sem Examination Fee 2021

 For UG Students:

PG Students

• Candidates should remit the examinations fees only through an online payment. Payment of Examinations fees by Bank Chalan, Money orders, Cheques, DD, etc., will not be accepted under any circumstances
• The details for the payment of Examinations fees through online mode is furnished below:

• Applications received without the correct particulars required in several columns will be
  rejected
• The fee once paid will not be refunded or held over for a subsequent examination

MKU UG, PG Sem Examination Instructions

• Hall Ticket will not, on any account, be sent to the candidates directly. Candidates must obtain their e-Hall Tickets from the University website. Identification Certificate may be collected from the Chief-Superintendent of the respective center at which they are to be, appeared, during three days before the commencement of the Examination
• CHANGE OF CENTRE WILL NOT BE GRANTED
• Examination Centre Intimation card will not be sent. Candidate should write the examination, at the college where he/ she underwent and completed the course
• Candidates must write their name as previously registered in the University records. If there is any discrepancy in the name, candidates should forward their +2 marks statement (attested copy) for necessary corrections in the University records. If a change in the name has been recognized by the University, the name under which the candidate had already been enrolled in the University records should also be given
• UGC has made it mandatory to enter NAD ID details. Therefore, candidates must register with the UGC NAD portal & obtain a NAD ID. For further details, candidates may official visit
• The examination will be conducted for all the semester both in April and November Examinations
• The candidate should give a complete address with PINCODE as would ensure any
  communication by post reaching them without delay
• Any grievance related to examination has to be set right by the student through the Principal of the college concerned prior to the commencement of next semester examination

Special Instructions With Regard To Photos

• Private candidates should submit with their applications two clear recent copies of
  passport size photographs. The actual size (excluding the margin of the photo)
  furnished should be 3½” x 2½” showing the bust of the candidate. Each copy of the
  photo print should have 1” MARGIN at the top and 1½” width at the bottom. The
  signature of the candidate must be affixed along the margin at the top and that of the
  certifying Officer with seal should be along the margin at the bottom
• One copy of the photograph should be pasted in the space marked in the application
  form and the other should be pasted in the IDENTIFICATION CERTIFICATE attached
  with the application.
• The candidate should sign his/ her full signature along the top margin of the
  photocopies. The signature on the photocopies should confirm in every detail to the
  signature at the bottom of the application
• Application received without the photo duly signed as per rules will not be registered
•  Each copy of the candidate’s photograph and application form should be attested by the
  principal of the college where the student last studied.
