Mphasis Latest Interview Experience

Candidate #1 Mphasis Off Campus Interview Experience

Status – Selected

I’m a 2017 passed out student and I’ve applied for Mphasis Job Openings and appeared for Off campus drive. While I was preparing for Mphasis Interview there isn’t an article that could help me know what the Mphasis Interview Experience is like for candidates who have already given their interviews. So, I sincerely hope the experience I share here will be of use to you guys.

Round 1 – Online Test (AMCAT)

Basically, the First round in the Mphasis recruitment process is conducted through the AMCAT Platform. Which consists of the following sections.

• Quantitative Aptitude
• Verbal & Non-Verbal
• Logical Reasoning
• Programming MCQs.

As this is a screening round, the Mphasis team has put cut off for each section. And coming to the difficulty level it is moderately easy for me as I have prepared a lot. So, make sure you guys be well in all the above-mentioned sections.

Round 2 – Group Discussion

The candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Test were asked to appear for the GD Round. In this round, along with me, there are 9 more members and we were given a random topic and asked to discuss our viewpoint. Each individual will overall get 15min. So, whenever I got a chance I made sure I made a strong point. And as communication isn’t an issue for me I relatively felt this round is easy.

Note: 

• Make sure you guys make yourself heard among all other members (Then only you the HR will make a note of you).
• Even if is for a small amount of time you talk, make sure you convey your point all well and good.
• And it’s better if you take initiation and start the discussion, it can create a positive picture about you to the HR.

Round 3 – Technical Interview

Once I successfully completed my GD I was asked to appear for the Technical Interview. And below are some of the questions I was asked in my Mphasis Technical Interview round. So, check out what my Mphasis Technical Interview Experience is like.

11. Explain about OSI model

Note:

• If you have a strong grip over your core subjects this round will be easy for you.
• Be well prepared over basic concepts.
• Be ready to write a program when you were asked.

Round 4 – HR Round

After completing my technical round, I was shortlisted to appear for the HR round. Below are some of the questions that were asked in my Mphasis HR Interview. By checking these questions you can get a clear idea about what is my Mphasis HR Interview Experience.

It didn’t take much time for the HR interview to complete. The key thing to ace this round is by having confidence and communicating clearly. After my interview, I had to wait an entire week to know the end result. And it definitely came in my favor. I got selected.

Candidates #2 Mphasis Interview Experience

Round 1: Online Test on AMCAT

There are 4 sections in this round, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal & Non-Verbal, Logical Reasoning, Programming MCQs. There is a sectional cut-off in this round & a time limit will also be given for each section. So, make sure you are well versed in all these sections.

Round 2:  SVAR Test

SVAR Test is conducted to test your speaking skills. If you are familiar with AMCAT you will be aware of how this round works. The overall time duration for this round will be 20-25 mins. In this round you guys will be facing a BOT, so try to make fewer errors or better avoid grammatical errors.

Round 3: Technical & HR Interview

For me, both Technical and HR interviews happened at the same time. The interviewer initially, started asking me questions related to my specialization and after some time took my HR interview.
