North Central Railway Exam Pattern 2024

The Computer Based Test (CBT) will feature questions in the Multiple Choice Objective Type format, with English as the default language. However, candidates have the option to select another language from the drop-down list, including Hindi, Urdu, and local languages like Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, and Konkani. It’s important to note that when submitting the online application, candidates must indicate their preference for one of these languages. In the event of any differences, discrepancies, or disputes between the English version and the chosen language regarding the questions, the content of the English version will take precedence. GDCE for Assistant Loco Pilots/ Technicians

The marks scored in Part A alone shall be used for short listing of candidates for further stages of recruitment process subject to the condition that the candidate is securing qualifying mark in the Part B. The CBT shall have two parts viz. Part A and Part B as detailed below.

The questions in the NCR GDCE 2024 will be of an objective type, featuring multiple-choice options. These questions are expected to cover a range of subjects, including General Awareness, Physics, Chemistry, Basics of Computers and Applications, Basics of Environment and Pollution Control, and Technical abilities specific to the post you are applying for.
