NPS Trust Officer Selection Process (Assistant Manager, Manager)

NPS Trust Officer Selection Process for Assistant Manager and Manager posts is as follows. Candidates would need to secure separate cut-offs in each test as well as aggregate cut-off marks in the Phase I exam (as decided by NPS Trust) to be shortlisted for Phase II. Marks obtained in Phase I shall be used only for shortlisting the candidates for the Phase II examination process and they will not be counted for the final selection of the candidates.

• Officer Grade B (Manager) – On-Line Examination (Phase I), On-Line Examination (Phase II) & Interview (Phase III)
• Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) – On-Line Examination (Phase I) & Interview, Group Discussion(Phase II)

NPS Trust Officer Exam Pattern 2024

Officer Grade B (Manager)

Phase I (online screening examination), Phase II (online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each), and Phase III (Interview). Full details are as below:

Phase I: for all streams Objective type questions will be asked.

B. Phase II (On-Line Examination): An online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each will be conducted. The papers shall be as follows:

• On fulfilling the criteria of minimum cut-off marks, candidates will be shortlisted based on aggregate marks obtained in Phase-I.
• The minimum aggregate cut-off marks for being shortlisted for Phase II of the examination will be decided by NPS Trust in relation to the number of vacancies.
• Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for Phase II of the selection process which will consist of a Group Discussion and Interview.
• Candidates may opt for Group discussions and Interviews either in Hindi or English.
