Education Qualification

• Candidates of Class X of any recognized and affiliated School under WBBSE/ WBBME/ ICSE/ CBSE in West Bengal are eligible for the State Level National Talent Search Examination 2021.
• To get eligible for the West Bengal NTSE 2021, applicants must score 50 % and above marks (General & EWS category) or 40 % and above marks (SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD category) in the Final Examination of Class IX.

Age Limit

• Students who have registered under ODL (Open Distance Learning) under NIOS/ West Bengal Council of Rabindra Opening Schooling and achieve 50% and above marks of General & EWS category (40% and above marks for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD) in pre – 10th Level Examination can apply to the NTSE 2021 West Bengal Exam. And the contender should be below 18 years as of 1st July 2020.

NTSE West Bengal 2021 Selection Criteria

Applied competitors have to appear for two sessions on the same day. And the two sessions will be the Mental Ability Test and Scholastic Aptitude Test. All questions in the State Level National Talent Search Examination 2021 will be in Class IX and Class X standards.

Steps To Apply For NTSE West Bengal 2021 Exam

• Candidates must visit the official site @ scholarships.wbsed.gov.in of the Directorate of School Education, West Bengal.
• On Home Page, click on the “New User Registration Here” and enter your Moblie Number, Email ID.
• Soon after the Registration Number generated, login to your account with the given Registration Number and Password.
• Now you can edit the form and also upload your Passport size Photo.
• Recheck the entered date & save the Form to lock all your credentials.
• Take a print out of the filled Application Form along with the format for Certificate from the Head of the School/ Institute (HOI).
• Along with signed with official seal HOI Certificate, upload the documents.
• Now press the “Finalize Application” button to submit the Application Form
• Remember without pressing the Finalize Application button, the admit card cant be generated.
