Job Description
- Strong Network and Android Knowledge with quick response for market feedback issue, test and verify the issue to the customers, push the issues being fixed on time.
- Provide tech training to after-sales engineers, to improve cooperation between test and SC.
- Monitor after sales data, confirm the software quality
- Call visit users who feedback software issues, and go face to face discussion with a user for issue confirmation, solution
- Set testing schedule and plan according to project requirements
- Execute test plan, write the test report
- Submit SW defects, help the programmer point and fix bugs
- Summarize project test, update the test working process and plan
